Contact us using our mailing form found on our HOME webpage. Let us know what you like. We will guide you through the process.
Terms and conditions
We use PayPal and Reverb payments to keep you safe and secure. Your purchase is protected and the return policy is described at the Reverb Store.

In case of ordering a custom instrument generally you cannot return it back. For In Stock item returns, there is a 7-days after delivery return policy (return fee 15% of the original price). The return will be accepted only if the instrument and its case are in perfect condition. All transportation and customs expenses must be paid by the buyer.

Our quality control won't accept a BMC Guitar to leave our workshop if it is defective.
